Fo76 shotgun build
A Fallout 76 Build by BrotatoChip. After many hours of playing in the FO76 B. For sake of layout and ease of reading, I will share my thoughts in progressive order from left to right through all perk cards in the S.
Thanks for taking the time to read this build of mine! Feel free to rate as you see fit. Constructive possitive feedback is welcome, blatent negative comments are useless and will be ignored. This is a really cool looking build. I have a question about ammo-smith and super duper. Also Dromedary and Slow Metabolizer are nice but how crucial are those later game?
I seem to find enough food and drink at the moment but not sure if that changes later. Everything else about this build looks like a fun experience. Running with Ammosmith all the time is a waste of 2 points.
If you want to keep 10 INT you should list what perk s you plan to use when NOT crafting, otherwise, adjust the build with 5 extra points to make it more shooty.
Other than that I really like the build, as my current shotgunner has a HARD TIME keeping either their guns repaired or their guns loaded not so much in later levels with loaded, but always with repairedand more matts is a good thing.
To say you dont need Gunsmith and then turn around say you have a hard time keeping your shotguns repaired. Take a moment and reread Gunsmith …. Not bad. I would probably swap a few points out of strength and put them into Agility for a couple of the good perks there.

The ruggedness and simplicity of the mechanism, easy layout, and good firepower made it very popular across the United States. The pump-action shotgun is a shotgun that comes standard with rifle style sights and a pistol grip, that fires shells using a pump-action mechanism.
Longer barrel modifications also add an aesthetic heat shield to the barrel. The pump-action shotgun has a fixed magazine size of 8, even though the length of the magazine tube changes depending on the barrel type.

While you may be unable to explore high-level areas right away, you will be able to get a lot of money and crafting materials by looting low and mid-tier zones. On top of getting an increased amount of loot, Caps, and crafting materials, you will have enough resources to build a big Camp that can produce purified water and food. Perception is quite important in this build. On top of that, I have decided to upgrade lockpick to level 3 so that you can open all doors and safes whenever you are exploring. Assuming you will spend more time in your camp or workshop, this Perk is very useful. Charisma is mainly used by team players so you shouldn't focus on it.
